Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don't accept my Voyager when it arrives?
If you refuse the delivery or are otherwise unable to receive the package (whether due to being out of country, providing incorrect shipping information to us, not clearing through customs, etc.), the courier will return the package to us. This is not free — we pay to ship the keyboard to you and again to ship it back. Once the keyboard arrives back in Taiwan, we would refund your order, minus $97 shipping fees (the typical cost of a round-trip shipment).
Note that in some cases, couriers will prepay the import fees before delivering your package to you. If this happens and you reject the package, the courier will still expect you to cover the import fees even if you refuse to accept the parcel. This is obviously not how we would prefer the couriers handle this, but we have no control over imports. We cannot do anything to stop couriers from charging you if this comes up. The transaction is between you and the courier.
If the courier attempts to deliver and you are not there to receive the package, don't panic; you have time. First, ensure that you have paid any import fees for the package (usually viewable from the tracking page). Couriers will sometimes automatically mark deliveries as failed if these aren't paid. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier should attempt the delivery again soon or take the package to a pickup location.
If the courier is unable to deliver and you don't pick the package up for around a week, the courier will contact us to return the package, and we will consider it refused as above.
