How can I change the shipping address?

If your order did not yet ship, please email support as soon as you realize you need to change the address. Sometimes we can help — but not always, as the keyboard may ship before we see your email.

If your Voyager is already on its way, it's too late to change your shipping address. Your order will go to the address you specified when you made your order. This is not because we don't want to help: Because we use very fast delivery services, it's not possible to make changes once a shipment is on its way.
