Can I use the keyboard on a boat?
First, we love that this is even a question (and yes, that is a real question that came from several users).
Unfortunately, the answer is no. It isn't because the keyboard gets seasick; it's the humidity, really.
On board a boat (even moored), you're going to have high levels of ambient humidity. And that humid air may have some salt in it, too (that crisp sea air).
That combination of humid and salty air unfortunately wreaks havoc on the circuit boards of the Voyager. The board is meant for use on dry land — designing it to withstand marine condition would significantly add to the costs.
Thus, our warranty does not cover issues caused by exposure to humidity or water.
